WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?

Our sessions run from 6am - 9pm Monday to Thursday, 6am - 7pm on a Friday, 8-12pm on a Saturday and 9-11am on a Sunday. With sessions running on the hour nearly every hour of the day we have something for even the busiest of schedules.

HOW MUCH IS IT?
​
The trial is £189 – this includes a dedicated personal coach, goal-specific training program, weekly coaching sessions, nutrition support, supportive community, accountability, Myzone fitness tracker and community socials.
WHERE IS YOUR GYM?
​
We're located in Lewisham, here's our address – 227 Lee High Street, London, SE13 5PQ.
WHEN DOES IT START?
​
Once you've completed payment and attended an intro session you can start the program right away.
​
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER?
​
It’s completely your choice – you can carry on as a fully fledged member by choosing the membership option that works best for you or if you decide our gym isn’t for you we can part ways with no hard feelings.

DO I NEED TO BE FIT ALREADY?
​
Nope – everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of the 30 days.
